Collaborations
Touching Miami with Love (TML) began as a collaboration of Central Baptist Church in Miami and the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) in 1994. CBF placed field personnel in Miami to assess the community and start ministry. CBF continues to provide the compensation and support of TML’s two lead directors, CBF field personnel Jason and Angel Pittman, as well as annual programming support funds.
The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Florida has been a key collaborative partner with TML since its inception. CBF-Florida bought the building that houses our ministries and continues to pay all maintenance and utility costs for the building and provides the building rent-free to TML.
Local, National, and Individual Partners
TML is committed to developing holistic approaches using collaborations and partnerships in the community. Most of our areas of ministry are done in collaborations with over two dozen partners: Student.Go, Human Services Coalition, D.O.O.R. Miami, Faith-In-The-City, Island Angels of Key Biscayne, the CBF Urban Team and many more.

We are also pleased to be supported by a number of churches in Miami, including our lead supporting churches University Baptist Church and Christ Fellowship. We welcome their support and many others from various denominations in Miami and across the greater U.S.
Touching Miami with Love also relies on the partnership of local volunteers. The hours that they serve in our programs are invaluable to the success of our outreaches.
As well, TML relies on the support of individuals who support our work through monetary donations on a montly basis and various in-kind donations. If you would like to find out how your family, church, or civic organization can partner with Touching Miami with Love please in any of these ways, please contact Executive Director, Jason Pittman.
