The Birthday Club
Many of the children and youth in our ToMorrow’s Leaders and Today’s Leaders programs don’t have the opportunity to be celebrated on their birthday. We want every child and youth at TML to know who special they really are to God and to us. Join “The Birthday Club” by sponsoring a birthday party for our children or youth.

Party in a Box
Don’t live in Miami and still want to sponsor a The Birthday Club or a Holiday Party? Send us a Party in a Box! Join with friends, family, your civic club, or church group and gather supplies (and pictures of your group) and send it all down to us. We’ll celebrate and send pictures back to you! It’s a great way to join us and let our children and youth know that folks all around the country love and support them!
The Christmas Store
The Christmas list…all kids love to make them as the holidays approach yet, whatever the wish, mom and dad may not be able to afford it. And nothing hurts more than the inability to provide their own special memories for their children.
That’s why we started a new tradition that’s built on dignity, not dependency. We call it The Christmas Store. Parents are blessed with the gift of choosing those gifts their children are requesting and giving to their children. The children are blessed with a Christmas gift actually from their parents. And the program provides a meaningful way for the more fortunate to donate children’s gifts during the Christmas season.
Instead of giving a gift directly to a needy child, donate new toys for children of all ages, to The Christmas Store. We will sell them – not give them – to parents who can afford to pay a small price. Thanks for your role in giving the gift of dignity this Christmas season.
In keeping with our community-based efforts, The Christmas Store is only offered to Overtown residents with TML participants receiving priority.

Back to School
To encourage the importance of education, we like to send our students off to class the first day with all the tools they’ll need to succeed. We host our Back to Back Store where $5 purchases each child a backpack, grade level school supplies and classroom supplies delivered directly to the teachers. The Back to Back Store occurs in early August in conjunction with our Parent Meeting, and Ice Cream Party.
