Summer Interns

                                                 Student.Go Interns Summer 2011

Our goal is to engage college students in an urban ministry experience each summer. Students will work among the poor, disadvantaged and isolated in our inner-city environment of Overtown. This experience will allow students to live and learn among the poor while being an asset to the TML ministry team.

What to Expect:

  • Serve as intern 8 weeks at TML – mid-June through early-August
  • Work full time each week with TML staff primarily in our seven week summer camp program for children as group leaders.
  • Assist in administration and leadership of Summer Mission Teams at TML.
  • Engage in Bible study and/or reflective reading in reference to the poor and social justice themes with TML staff leaders.
  • Food and lodging provided by TML
  • Small stipend available through Student.Go program, see link below.
