One Day Service Projects
We host group service projects on Saturdays throughout the year to help with painting, maintenance, special projects, and outreach.
Service Project Agreement
This form is for One Day Service Projects only.
Release and Parent Permission Form
This needs to be completed by ALL participants for one day service projects or longer.
Costs-There is usually no cost for participating in our one day service projects other than the option of supporting the cost of supplies for the project you are participating.
Week-Long Service
We host fall and spring week-long groups to do service projects as well as work in our children’s program. We welcome churches, college groups, and families to serve with us.
We always look for a group help us host Spring Break Camp for our kids in the ToMorrow’s Leaders Program.
TML CHILDREN’S SPRING BREAK CAMP HOST NEEDED
SPRING BREAK 2013 Monday-Thursday, March 25-28.
(TML is closed Friday, March 29 for Good Friday).
Costs
Total cost per person is $40 not including housing. We ask for a $250 deposit to secure your team’s spot with contract.
Costs include: TML t-shirt, background check, field trip fees, and administration. The online link for the background check service is provided once group is approved for service at TML.
Housing- For overnight trips, groups can expect to pay about $10-$25/night/per person for group housing or local hotel, arrangements will be made for each group.
Required Documents for Service
Application for Group Service This needs to be completed and turned into TML for all new groups requesting to do service with TML for more than one day.
Contract for Group Service This is required to be sent in with a $250 deposit to secure your date of service.
Release and Parent Permission Form This needs to be completed by ALL participants for one day service projects or longer. Please bring these completed forms with you when you come to serve.
Attestation_of_Good_Moral_Character-Child_Care This needs to be completed by ALL participants working in our children’s program for any amount of time. If your group is coming from OUTSIDE of Florida we will complete these during your orientation as they must notarized in Florida.
